Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Thank you for choosing Aura Bangladesh. Every product we offer is carefully selected and, in many cases, handcrafted by skilled artisans. We are committed to delivering quality products and providing excellent customer service.

Please read this Shipping, Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation or order verification, depending on the selected payment method.

Typical processing times are:

  • Ready-stock products: 1–3 business days
  • Pre-order or custom-made products: Processing times will be communicated individually.

Orders are not processed on Fridays or public holidays in Bangladesh.

2. Shipping

Aura Bangladesh ships both within Bangladesh and to selected international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Estimated Delivery Times

Within Bangladesh

  • Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Aura Bangladesh is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Courier service
  • Applicable taxes or customs duties (where applicable)

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated.

4. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking updates depend on the courier service and may not be available immediately after shipment.

5. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Many Aura Bangladesh products are handcrafted using traditional weaving techniques.

As a result:

  • Slight variations in weaving, color, texture, pattern, and measurements are natural.
  • These variations are part of the authenticity and uniqueness of handmade products.
  • Such variations should not be considered defects.

Product colors may also vary slightly due to lighting conditions and individual device or screen settings.

6. Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns may be accepted if:

  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include original tags, packaging, and accessories (where applicable)

Return requests submitted after the applicable period may not be eligible for approval.

7. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The exchange request has been approved by Aura Bangladesh.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or another suitable resolution.

8. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is required due to an error by Aura Bangladesh, such as:

  • An incorrect item being shipped,
  • A damaged product upon delivery, or
  • A verified manufacturing defect,

Aura Bangladesh will bear the reasonable return shipping cost.

If the return or exchange is requested for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by Aura Bangladesh.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as non-returnable
  • Products returned without prior approval

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Aura Bangladesh or a verified defective product.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • An incorrect item, or
  • An incomplete order,

please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • The shipping label (if available)

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

12. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

13. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Aura Bangladesh is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international courier services.
